John Bellers was prevented from going to university as he was a Quaker and became a successful cloth merchant. He was a visionary and proposed in his writings a "College of Industry" to train and educate "the poor" especially the children- and in a modern manner mixing work and learning. This is a collection of his various writings on social issues such as unified Europe and some religious works.
